At HerSkinFluence, we want you to love your skincare products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Used or opened skincare products.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
4. Ship the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
